Mito Concerts is an agency established in Barcelona in 2011. Our mission is to represent artists and organise concerts with a focus on classical music. Our goal is to work with concert promotors to create stimulating musical proposals in collaboration with extraordinary musicians. We strongly believe in values such as reliability, trustworthiness and flexibility, and in a personal treatment adaptable to the necessities of our partners.
Our artist roster includes ensembles, choirs and chamber orchestras. In selecting our artists we pay special attention to artistic quality, ability to emotionally touch the listener and innovation.
Mito Concerts collaborates with top-level artists in the field of classical, early and contemporary music, like the RIAS Kammerchor, Leipzig String Quartet, Forma Antiqva, Budapest Strings, Orquesta Barroca de Sevilla, the 12 Cellists of the Berlin Philharmonic, Estonian Philharmonic Chamber Choir and the pianist Herbert Schuch, amongst others. We also work with ensembles that explore the relationship between classical music and other musical genres and scenic arts, like the Duo Runge Ammon, Arianna Savall with Petter U. Johansen & Hirundo Maris and Kammart.
Our principal clients are public institutions, foundations, associations, concert halls and festivals in Spain, Portugal, Germany, Austria, Switzerland and South America.
